Return Policy

BOIS, we want you to absolutely love the items you order but if something is wrong with our product due to manufactural defects, we'll gladly accept returns. Simply notify us via email [email protected] with a note explaining and we'll take care of it. However we only offer a 14-Days warranty on our items. To qualify for a complete refund, the items must be received at our location within the 14-Days, from the date you received it. After 14-days you will be eligible for exchange or credit only. 

We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee unless we have made an error with your order. Refunds will be issued only on merchandise returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise requested.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

• Worn, washed, altered clothing or scratched items.
  
• Sale Items. This includes but is not limited to items under the 'Sale' Category on our website. These items can ONLY be eligible for exchange.
